Thandi Children’s Village (TCV) Terms and Conditions
Detailed description of services
THANDI CHILDREN’S VILLAGE (TCV) NPC is a Non-Profit Company, which will provide holistic residential care to orphaned, abandoned and child-headed household children. We use our website as a tool to receive income from permanent, once off or monthly donations from customers.
Refunds policy
Sponsorship payments are NON-REFUNDABLE for all online transactions once payment information is provided and the funds are remitted. If you choose to cancel future payments, please contact the TCV office on info@thandichilderensvillage.com or +27 78 928 8804. Notice to cancel future sponsorship payments must be made seven days prior to the payment due date. If payments are processed beyond the agreed stop date, TCV agrees to make the refund by reversing the transaction through our bank or the payment service provider. The charges for the refund would be borne by TCV in case of wrong deductions or error transactions.
Customer privacy policy
TCV shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be denied as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express credit cards, by Direct Debit Cards held by South African Account holders only, or by bank transfer into the ABSA account, the details of which are provided on the TCV website.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for TCV via ?????? (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for ABSA Bank. ?????? uses the strictest form of encryption, namely ?????? and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.??????.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by TCV separately from card details, which are entered by the client on ?????? secure site. For more detail on ?????? refer to www.??????.co.za
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
TCV takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of services on this website, customer service and support, and dispute resolution.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and TCV chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
Variation
TCV may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
